Sing and Breathe sessions offer people who suffer from long-term lung conditions to learn proven ways to control their breathing through breathing and vocal exercises.  By learning these with other people who have similar conditions it also produces a safe and understanding environment and support network where members can share knowledge, experience and self-help advice between themselves.

There is a high retention rate amongst those who join the groups, and feedback reflects benefits of improved wellbeing, improved self-management of breath, posture and anxiety and improved social participation reducing feelings of isolation.
